this post can be considered written on 15/06 and 16/06 of 2007 lah... thew, zhek and me meet @ about 9pm i think.... then we crap till 10.21pm before going for our jog... it was a @^%&@ my stamina gone :'( 2.4km also cannot complete... run half way nia chest pain.. nnb... then thew continue to run coz he usually will run 2 rounds but then he also off form liao.... run 1 round + half i think he also KO le.... >.<.... then we meet up go rest and crap about.... i water tank... =.=... straight 3 cans of drink.... opps.... then after that short crap... thew went home bath... then we wait for him.... after he bath ok i went home change then we went 7-11 buy junk food.... coz hungry le ma... then we continue crapping at 1 of the void decks while eating... then zhek suddenly ki siao go whack thew de head... lolz... then the whacking of head competition begins... i did vedio 1 of the part (go to the bottom to view)... thew was talking about recently there are many xiao qiang aka roachs(did i spell wrong?) he have to kill and kill and kill... kill till he also tulan.. when we were slacking that 2pid void deck also quite a lot of xiao qiang lah... then all the siao qiang very sway loh... tio killed by thew.... the xiao qiang which suffered the 2nd worst fate is getting his head chopped off while its alive....
